For detailed call reporting, moderators and administrators can click the Call Reporting button in the UMX portal dashboard. All call details will be listed: start and end times, duration, number of participants, Conference ID, type of device that was used to connect to the meeting by each participant, Moderator and Room Name.
On this screen you can:
- Select specific dates to narrow down your search.
- Click the Export to CSV button to download an excel spreadsheet with the call details.
- For details on specific meetings, click the arrow icon in the left-most column of the report table. As shown below further details including Call Participation, Call Type Distribution and Client Distribution will be displayed.
