The meeting can only be recorded by the moderator (guests cannot record meetings). A meeting recording includes all the video, audio, and shared content associated with the meeting. When a recording is started, a message notifies all meeting participants that the meeting is being recorded.
Completed recordings can be found in the Unified Meetings X portal in the recordings tab and are available to download for 30 days. After 30 days, recordings are automatically deleted from the portal.
To record a meeting:
- Click .
- Give your recording a title and create a password. The password will be required when retrieving the recordings in the portal.
- Click Start.
- To stop the recording, click again and then click Stop Recording.
