A moderator will log in with the Unified Meeting credentials you have been provided. This will consist of a username (login) and password.
You must enter a Display Name as a required field. If you are a Moderator, you will download and install the desktop client. Participants can download the desktop client as well for an optimal Unified Meeting experience, but it is not required. NOTE: The My Audio Connection option is set to Computer Audio by default and this does require downloading the desktop client.

Click the EXE file in the bottom left of your screen and the installation will begin
When you see this message the Unified Meeting client has been successfully installed and you can close this page (browser tab)
Sign in with the moderator credentials you have been provided with: a username (login) and password.
We suggest you click RESTART at this stage so that you can use the Outlook Plug-in
Once you are signed in, and you start a meeting for the first time, you will see an option to load contacts from your company directory. This step is optional, but we recommend it. If you are connected to your organization’s network, enter the credentials required. Pragmatic will not have this information and you just contact your IT department if you require assistance. If you are working remotely, chances are you are not connected to your organization’s network unless you have done so via virtual private network (VPN).
