The Unified Meeting desktop client requires occasional updates.
Note: You will be prompted to install new updates when you log in to the desktop launcher.
To check for updates from within your meeting
Navigate to the Meeting Information tab
Click Check for updates...
Follow installation prompts if updates are required, otherwise click OK
To check for updates from the Meeting Center
- Navigate to your system tray and click the yellow/blue Meeting Center icon
- select the option Check for Updates Now and you will be shown the current status of the Unified Meeting application
