You can use the Unified Meeting Outlook plug-in to send custom meeting invitations on behalf of other individuals. This might be because they have not chosen to download the application as a meeting host. The only requirement for this to work is the other individual(s) must be provisioned with a Unified Meeting account.
Step 1. Open the Meeting Center by clicking its icon in your system tray and select Manage Accounts.
Step 2. Click the Schedule for Others tab and then click Add Account. Add the Unified Meeting username (login) for the individual in question and we recommend you include a Description. Click the + sign to add the account and then click Close.
Step 3. Click Schedule a Meeting and then click Schedule for Others
Step 4. Choose from one or more of the accounts you have added and once you click OK, your Outlook Plug-In will automatically be invoked in a meeting invitation which you can then send to whomever.
