Mute detection is a feature that will inform you if you are attempting to speak over a muted audio line.
Using your browser microphone, the mute detection feature listens for your voice and compares local noise to what is being transmitted over your audio line to the conference. If a discrepancy is detected, mute detection will notify you of your audio status. Mute detection is enabled by default.
Note: A browser microphone is required for mute detection to function.
Mute detection can be enabled or disabled from the Settings button in the status bar and unchecking the box beside Mute Detection. It can also be disabled directly from the mute detection popup by clicking Turn off mute detection.
