Our conferencing bridges are state-of-the-art and configured with Dolby(tm) Voice to provide you with outstanding sound clarity. Our conferencing bridges do not introduce any unwanted sound to your conference call. But with that being said, there can be extraneous sources introduced on a conference call such as distracting background noise or muffled audio, static or feedback. In some situations, there might be dropped audio or participants talking at the same time. And we have all been on conference calls in challenging environments like airports, coffee shops or in traffic or with barking dogs or crying babies in the background.
So, how can we help?

Perhaps Fido should not be in the same room as you when you are on a call?
We are going out on a limb here, but we are fairly certain this has nothing to do with Pragmatic's audio conferencing service. But you may want to press *6 to mute your own line :)
We recommend using Bluetooth and a hands-free connection so that ultimately you can focus on the road.

Noise, static, feedback
We can almost guarantee we can successfully resolve these issues if you request Operator Assistance on the live call while it is in progress. Simply press *0 for individual operator assistance or 00 for conference assistance. Please try to avoid reporting your issue after the fact when your call is completed as it is nearly impossible to replicate the exact issue even though we are happy to investigate and escalate the matter for you.
