If you've never logged into our Customer Portal, you will require 2 pieces of information and this varies based on how you choose to log in.

Logging in as Administrator
If you are logging in as the Administrator for the account so that you can access all moderators, reports, recordings and invoices, you will require your 10-digit Pragmatic account number and your Customer Portal password. If you do not have your 10-digit Pragmatic account number, please contact us. And if you do not have your portal password, we can also provide that to you and customize it for you if you wish. Please expect security screening protocols to apply to ensure that we are certain you "are who you say you are" before we provide this sensitive information.
Logging in as Moderator
If you are logging in as the Moderator for the account you will be able to access your own profile, reports and recordings but invoices are not available to you. All you need to log in as Moderator is your Moderator and Participant passcodes. If you do not have this, we are happy to help. Again, please expect security screening protocols to apply to ensure that we are certain you "are who you say you are" before we provide this sensitive information.
