As a best practice, always provide this Help Center link to those who need to reference their ITF numbers. This will ensure they are always accessing the latest version and most up-to-date numbers.
We occasionally update our International Toll Free (ITF) numbers due to the changes imposed by the carriers who provide us with these numbers. Sometimes an ITF number goes out of circulation and sometimes net new ITF numbers are added. ITF numbers that go out of circulation are the result of the carrier making their own business decision due to fraud or low usage or other reasons we are unable to directly influence. We aim to provide you with as much notice as possible when we are informed of any changes and we post those updates in this article.

The international local number (ITL) for Auckland, New Zealand has been discontinued effective immediately due to no usage. This only impacts the Group 6 ITF list.

May 11, 2019 Update
Group 5 ITF
Effective May 11, 2019, the phone numbers in the table below will be out of service. However, the new (replacement) numbers are live now and can be used today. You do not need to wait until after May 11th in order to use these new numbers. Please communicate as you see fit to those whom you feel need to know about the changes to these particular phone numbers.
For your convenience, the Group 5 ITF PDF document has already been updated in our Help Center to reflect the new phone number. Click here for the article that contains the most recent and up-to-date Group 5 ITF list and please delete any previous versions you may have saved.

- The ITF for the Russian Federation
- The ITF for Taiwan
- The International Toll/Local number for Taipei, Taiwan
- The ITF for Thailand
