Any recordings made during an audio call are available to download and share via the Customer Self Serve (CSS) portal, found here. Please see the attached manuals for login instructions.
Once logged in, follow these steps to access your call recordings:
1. Click the Tools link in the menu bar.
2. Click the Instant Replay/Call Download link beneath Actions.
Your calls will be listed chronologically with time and date stamps.
3. If a recording was made during the call, you will have the option to click:
- Download: save a local copy of the recording in .wav format
- Information: display all the information necessary to access the call via Instant Replay
- Email Information: enter the email addresses of the parties you would like to send the Instant Replay Information to
