Call summary details are available on the Customer Portal. We also send a Post Call Summary email by default at the conclusion of your conference call. This feature can be disabled upon request.
As it concerns call summaries in our Portal, when logging into our Pragmatic website, you can access our Customer Portal. Or click this link to take you there! Enter your credentials as either the Account Owner or the Moderator and the list of those who attended your conference calls will be found under Call Reporting.
Please note that summary reports are usually available 24 hours after the conference call.
For Moderators, the call summary report will be generated only for your moderator account. For Account Owners, the report will be generated for all moderators registered to your account.
