Also known as dial-pad or keypad commands, these are a combination of the star button and numbers on your dial pad, pressed in sequence to perform certain actions during a call. These commands give you control over your conference call experience.
These may include (but aren't limited to):
- Recording the call
- Blocking further participants from joining
- Muting the conference
- Disconnecting the conference
This article has two PDF attachments. It is important to know which one to refer to. Thankfully we've made it simple for you to know which one to use.
The vast majority of Pragmatic customers will use the PDF named 'Audio Star Touch Features - Primary'
However, if your conferencing dial-in numbers are either of the number sets below...
- 647-788-4258 and 877-739-7718
- 647-252-8974 and 855-234-6506
...you have different star touch commands and they are found in the attached document called Audio Star Touch Features (Enterprise - GNA).pdf
As a reminder, a hard-copy list of the star touch commands is also included on the wallet card that you receive shortly after joining Pragmatic Conferencing.
If you no longer have the wallet card, you can press *0 during a call to reach an operator to help you complete the action you require and the help you need.
