What you here when attendees join or leave your meeting can be customized. You have the option of hearing Silence, Tones or Name Announce.
A Moderator (the owner of the passcodes) or the Administrator of your account can change these settings via our Customer Self-Serve site or what we call the CSS.
NOTE: These settings take effect for all future calls, not the current call you are on. And you can change these settings at any time.
NOTE: If you wish to use the Name Announce, you will also need to ensure the Record Name feature is enabled (otherwise there would not be a recorded name to announce)
