We are happy to assist! You can call, email or chat with us and we can scramble your passcodes for you. Custom passcodes are not allowed as they are much more susceptible to fraud.
Alternatively, the administrator of your account can change your passcodes via our Customer Portal (click this link). If you don't have or don't remember your Customer Portal credentials, please contact the Customer Success team. Once you are logged in, click on the Manage Moderators menu options and this reveals all of the moderators provisioned for your account. Find the moderator whom you wish to edit and click the Assign New button for the passcode in question. You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to assign a new "Moderator Code" to John Bamford"?" Click Yes or No.
