Invoices are sent by the 3rd business day of the month. They are emailed to the Contact Name we have on record. The email contains an attached PDF Invoice.
If you are not receiving your invoices, we likely have the wrong Contact Name on record. Please chat, call or email Pragmatic and we will update your records. Pragmatic also proactively updates its records for your benefit when we receive bounce backs or undelivered email, especially at Month End. This helps ensure we are emailing our invoices to the right people!
NOTE: Pragmatic does not send invoices via regular mail or courier. We only email them out of consideration for the environment and doing our small part to help.
