Invoices are sent by the 3rd business day of the month and they are emailed to the Contact Name we have on record. The email contains an attachment which is the invoice PDF. If you are not receiving your invoices, we likely have the wrong Contact Name on record. Please chat, call or email Pragmatic and we will update your records with the changes necessary.
NOTE: Pragmatic does not send invoices via regular mail or courier. We only email them out of consideration for the environment and doing our small part to help.
