If you wish to delete a recording from your account, you must have authorization to make this request. Therefore, you must be listed as the Administrator for the account. Connect with our Customer Success team and we will confirm these details with you! Once we've taken care of that, we can proceed with deleting the recording so that it is no longer available via your account in the CSS.
