International dial-in numbers are commonly referred to as International Toll Free numbers, or ITF for short! We also offer a comprehensive set of International Local Access Numbers for over 40 cities around the world.
For a list of countries assigned with an ITF number, please follow the instructions below and there are handy PDF attachments at the bottom of this article.
If this is the first time you are using ITFs, we recommend you contact your account manager or you may also call 1.866.736.1413 for assistance or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The ITFs we have available vary based on the service you have been provisioned with which is why we recommend you give us a call, a chat or email us and we'll be happy to confirm which group of ITF numbers apply to your account.
ITF Group 4
If your audio conferencing dial-in numbers belong to this group, the ITFs you should be using are listed in the attachment Enterprise Audio - GRP4 (at the bottom of this article)
ITF Group 5
If your audio conferencing dial-in numbers belong to this group, the ITFs you should be using are listed in the attachment EnterpriseGNA- GRP5_Mar2019 v1.1 (at the bottom of this article)
ITF Group 6
If your audio conferencing dial-in numbers belong to this group or if you are a customer with a custom branded greeting, the ITFs you should be using are listed in the attachment Enterprise GNA-GRP6_Mar2019_v.11 (at the bottom of this article)
As a friendly reminder, these toll-free numbers may not work in all circumstances. Cell phones do not always connect to toll-free numbers, some pay phones may require payment in order to place the call and service is not guaranteed in some countries. Please refer to this article for more information. It's always best to be informed ahead of time when connecting to a conference call from overseas.
